Security
We make use of a secure on-line payments system. When you make a payment through this on-line store, you are automatically transfered to our secure card payment processor, WorldPay. Your card details are not stored on our server, and we (Chem / Quip Pools Ltd) do not have access to your card details.
We know that there may be some customers who prefer not to make on-line payments, and for this reason you may place an order with a Chem / Quip Pools Customer Services Representative by calling 01202 580737.
Payment options
We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, JCB, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. We also accept Cheques on orders received by post.
Delivery
For UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders totalling less than this amount a £6.50 charge will be applied.
Please allow from three to five working days for the arrival of your order. We understand that you may need your pool supplies as a matter of urgency, and as such we will attempt to provide a next day delivery service.
Chem Quip Pools Returns & Returns Policy
Should you need to return any items for exchange or refund, these items must be returned in unsoiled condition and in their original packaging. If you need any help with this process, please contact us beforehand.
Cancellation of an order: The UK's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation. The goods must be in their original packaging and any security seals on the packaging must still be intact. You are liable for the cost and expense of returning goods. We advise you to use an insured method of carriage as damaged boxes cannot be accepted. If any security seals are broken then you will be deemed as having given up your right to cancellation. All products with security seals on are deemed unsaleable once they have been opened and the manufactureres or their agents will not accept these products back as such. Please note that on any orders that we accept for cancellation, the actual cost of original delivery will be applied as a charge, unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.
Any orders that are accepted for return after the seven day cooling off period will have the actual cost of original delivery applied as a charge and also a further 20% restocking charge. All products must be unopened in their original packaging.
Ordering
All prices quoted are in GBP Sterling, and include VAT at 17.5%. As there may possibly be fluctuations in the prices charged by our suppliers, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any erors and omissions are excepted.
Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, we need to gather some personal details from you including your name, address, delivery address, email and contact telephone number. Once you first Sign In with this website, we hold this information in your Individual Profile. You are able to revisit the website, and view your profile, by visiting the 'My Account' page. Chem / Quip Pools will not disclose your personal details to any third party except for WorldPay, who will process your credit card payment. We may use the information to inform members of our customer database of special offers, sales, special events and price alterations unless you advise us otherwise.
We DO NOT have access to your credit or debit card information.
